Vilistextum is a small and fast HTML to text converter. It is quite fault-tolerant and deals well with badly-formed or otherwise quirky HTML. It has full support for different character sets (e.g. Unicode). It is able to optimize for ebook reading, collapse multiple blank lines, and create footnotes out of links. A GUI frontend using kaptain is included.
Papyrus is a XML-based reporting langauge for PostgreSQL and MySQL. It allows you to generate well-formatted reports in LaTeX, PDF, PostScript, HTML, ANSI, and XML. The XML is expressed in a formatting-oriented style to allow you to develop a wide range of reports. SQL is then embedded into the report to give you the desired data. Papyrus is commandline-driven, and data arguments can be passed into the report. Equations and expressions can also be carried out on data.
ClubMaster is membership management system for all minor organizations. It supports multiple locations, groups, roles, a shop for each location, accounting, tons of different subscriptions, and much more. This project is easy to extend with your own plugins.
Cream is a configuration of the famous Vim text editor that makes it easier to use, like an Apple- or Windows-style text editor. It uses Vim's own extensibility to improve menus, keyboard shortcuts, and editing behavior. Cream seamlessly maintains Vim's insertmode to access all the power of the original Vim plus many custom Cream extensions.
XML Configuration File Editor (XCFE) is a Web service to update an XML configuration file.
It allows the user to set all parameters defined in the CSV configuration files.
It can be used with the minimalist webserver WebConfig or with an Apache server and its PHP
module.

xlHtml converts an Excel spreadsheet file (.xls) into highly-optimized HTML. It includes scripts to allow it to be used as a Netscape or mutt plugin and as a xls handler for Apache. The program currently supports string, blank, boolean, error, integer, floating point, hyperlinks, and formula cells. It can also output in XML, tab delimited, or comma separated values (CSV).
PhpPeanuts is a framework for developing
database-backed applications in PHP. Rather than building an application from the bottom up, you initially only build domain model classes in which you specify properties, relationships, and database table names in metadata. The framework dynamically scaffolds getters and setters, persistency, navigation over relations, and input and delete validation. The abstract user interface instantly offers a rich set of pages for searching, browsing, drilling down, editing and reporting over your domain model. From there on you extend and refine both the domain model and the user interface to make it what you want by defining specialization classes and overriding inherited methods.

Raptor is a C library providing a set of parsers and
serializers for Resource Description Framework (RDF) triples by parsing syntaxes into RDF triples and serializing triples into a syntax. The parsers support RDF/XML, N-Triples, GRDDL, and Turtle, and via RSS tag soup: XML RSS, Atom 0.3, and Atom 1.0. The serializers support
RDF/XML (3 flavours), Turtle, DOT, N-Triples, RSS 1.0, and Atom 1.0. Raptor handles RDF/XML as used by RDF applications such as RSS 1.0, FOAF, DOAP, Dublin Core, and OWL. It can use either expat or libxml2 for XML parsing, libcurl when available for URI retrieval, and is portable to many POSIX systems.

PCGen is a Java (1.5+) -based character generator aimed at supporting OGL role playing games like those based upon the SRD, RSRD, and MSRD (such as Dungeons and Dragons). It is highly configurable by the users, allowing the Game Master to add or remove races, classes, feats, etc., and to implement house rules such as differing class or race restrictions. Level advancement is also supported, with configurable progressions of feats, skills and ability score bonuses. For "at the table" support, PCGen offers a set of GM plugins. Further options allow the user to produce a customized character sheet, which can then be viewed in, or printed from, the user's WWW browser. It can also produce a "party" sheet with the information needed by the GM.

taccGL is a JavaScript canvas library for animating HTML elements and 3D objects as integrated scenes with depth buffering and shadows. It uses the GPU-accelerated HTML5 canvas (WebGL).
Features include accelerated motion in 2D and 3D space, rotating, mapping of HTML elements on 3D objects, custom shaders, etc. The library loads 3D models from OBJ files.
In WebGL mode, animations mostly run inside the GPU.
Otherwise, there is a restricted fallback to the 2D canvas.

DHCPD Configuration Editor (DCE) is a Web service that allows you to update MAC addresses in the dhcpd.conf of an ISC DHCP server. It can load a dhcpd.conf file from a server, save a modified dhcpd.conf file to a server, import a dhcpd.conf file from the local filesystem, export a modified dhcpd.conf to the local filesystem, and change the MAC address of previously declared host entries. It can be used with the minimalist General Configuration Form Manager server, or with Apache and its PHP module.

GNU-style changelog file from Subversion log
messages. It generates a friendly-looking
changelog from Subversion log messages like cvs2cl
does for CVS (although this is a lot simpler with
subversion).
