GNOME Quran is an application that displays
sura and aya of the Holy Quran in multiple
languages. It relies heavily upon the libquran
library.

PresbyterySite is software for running a
presbytery Web site. It tries to present your
presbytery's information in groupings that are
most useful to your site visitors and to
streamline the work of your clerk. PresbyterySite
is composed of plugins for the Joomla content
management system. It provides a directory of
congregations, a Google Map of congregations, and
a directory of committees.

LibHdate is a small library for the Hebrew calendar with dates, holidays, and reading sequence. It is written in C and includes bindings for Pascal, Perl, {ython, PHP, and Ruby. hcal and hdate are small example command line programs written in C. This release brings many new options, features, and bugfixes to the two example programs hcal and hdate. The changes to the underlying function library include a few minor bugfixes, deprecation of a series of string functions in favor of a single new one with better memory allocation, and hard-coding of core
elements of the Hebrew localization so that Hebrew can be displayed in all locales. Some selected highlights: config files for storing defaults; user-defined menus (defined in a config file); sunset awareness, based on coordinates given or system timezone and guesswork; optional easier entry of coordinates (N, S, E, W, dd:mm:ss); minhag customization for Shabbat times; and Hebrew information in Hebrew characters (for all locales). hcal can display in 3-month mode, in color, and with footnotes and Shabbat information. hdate can output data in CSV format, suitable for spreadsheets, awk, etc. hdate has many format enhancements.

Project B is a platform for various Bible programs. It is written in Java, and
it has a number of user interfaces, including a Swing GUI, a Servlet, and an
MS-Word plug-in. It also supports a number of back-end formats, including its
own format and the Sword format.

Salvation Focus is an application that encourages a group of people to pray for others they know who do not know Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. Salvation Focus is a small Flash application that can be included on pretty much any Web site. There is also an administrative interface for adding people to pray for, the people that asked for prayer, and some contact info.

Kio-Sword provides access to Bibles,
commentaries, and other texts from within the
Konqueror Web browser. It does so by using
the SWORD Bible project and implementing a
KDE ioslave that provides a sword:/ protocol.
Among other things it features hyperlinked
cross references, searching, and easy
customization.

Noor is a program for viewing Quran. It supports
different interfaces like GTK, HTML, and plain
text for displaying Quran. You can specify
translation files, in which case the translation
of each aya is shown after it.

cnoor is a small, simple, and fast Quran viewer in
C using GTK+.

libitl is a library that allows applications to convert between Hijri and Gregorian dates and to compute Muslim prayer times and Qibla direction based on multiple methods of calculation. It is part of the Islamic Tools and Libraries project (ITL).

Sikher is a desktop program designed to archive,
search, and display the Sikh scriptures using
advanced functions. It allows the common person to
understand and read the messages contained in the
Sikh scriptures through translations and
transliterations in different languages, thereby
breaking the language and geographical barrier
between Gurbani (Sikh Scriptures) and the world.
Sikher is a robust, future proof, and
cross-platform application which may be used by
developers to create similar internationalized and
localized search applications.

ExpoSong is a worship presentation software. Its features include image, lyric, and text presentations, gradient backgrounds, schedules, on-screen notifications, logos, and more.

'klos' shows Watchwords on the computer screen. The 'Watchwords/Losungen' are verses from the Bible, one from the Old and one from the New Testament. 'klos' is adapted to KDE and does not belong to the official Watchwords programs.

Hatim Manager is a Web application which manages the distribution of portions of the Koran for the purposes of completing the "Hatim" process. "Hatim" is the process of reading the Koran in its entirety. Since the Koran is around 600 pages and it takes very long for anybody to it read all, it is commonly split into portions (called Cüz) which are to be distributed among friends to read in complete within a short time period. Users of this application can choose a portion, and administrator can assign portions.
