Legacy_AdminRenderSystem can't override block templates.

Description:
/themes/admin/modules/legacy/blocks/* can't be applied.

Cause：
In
/modules/legacyRender/kernel/Legacy_AdminRenderSystem.class.php
Line 71, $dirname is an empty. It should be 'legacy'.
In other words, someone has to set 'legacy' to
'legacy_module' attribute.
