adekat in xoopscube.jp reports following bug.

If guest user hasn't a permission to access some
module, XOOPS redirects page to /user.php for Login.

Then user fills in this form and submits for login,
XOOPS 2.0.x make redirect back to module page that he
accessed before.

But, XOOPS Cube Legacy 2.1 has not this feature, now.

I have embed fixed code. It seems to add the redirection
URL. But, does the added xoops_redirect work correctly? (^^;

And, I noticed that executeRedirect requests self encoding
to callers.

I assigned a template variable "redirect_page" in
user_default.html.
It seems to work fine.
