the value _AD_LEGACY_LANG_IMGCAT_ID defined in:
modules\legacy\language\english\admin.php (line 123)
was duplicated in:
modules\legacy\language\english\main.php (line 44)

...

2)

strange, maybe an error: the letter '¡' appears in
xoops2_1\html\modules\legacy\language\english\admin.php

Could not delete block templates¡¡: {0}


....

3)

Maybe a mistake:

define("_AD_LEGACY_LANG_ALL_MODULE","All modules");
(without the 'S')... and
define("_AD_LEGACY_LANG_ALL_MODULES","All modules");
in:
xoops2_1\html\modules\legacy\language\english\admin.php
