- In Theme admin, refer to not Context value theme but
default theme of config table as [ACTIVE] value.

- The handling of the "theme_set" ("theme" of the user
table) is vague.
-- "theme" is set only to the administrator (users are
not so).
-- When submitting on themes block, the module
contents($xoops_contents) are not displayed.
