In some module, there are cases where some input forms
aren't shown. For example, 'news 1.44', we can't find
the input form of "Date's format" and some others.

news 1.44 has many TYPOs 'texbox', and has new configtype of
xoops.org 'datetime'. I wrote about this on the Wiki page:
