バグというと、なんなんですが、notifications.php の
input 要素なんですが、一意であるべき id が、みんな同じ
になってしまうので、 label がつけられません（みんな
del_not[7][] になってしまっています）。

These IDs are must unique, but, they are the same ID. So I
