Sorry if I do report to the wrong place but I'm not familiar with that. Starting from : https://fr.osdn.net/projects/sfnet_gpxeditor/releases/

I could get the one before last version (v 1.7.14) but not the last one (v 1.7.15) ... I suspect the link to https://sourceforge.net/projects/gpxeditor/

got broken.
