Opened the sources of client side library

Speecys Corp. deceided to open the C sources of client side library.
You can get it from CVS repository or archives of Beta_1 release.
And Java Class Library with source code will coming soon.

success to "CUT" execution on NetBSD

I succeeded to execute "CUT" on NetBSD/i386.

I wrote detail steps in Wiki.

This steps are like quick hack, I'm thinking more smart way.
