A new Tasque add-in. A "New notebook..." menu item on the Notebook toolbar button. Many fixes to note synchronization. Improvements to Bugzilla and HTML Export add-ins. The tray icon has been ported to Gtk.StatusIcon. Support for --debug, --trace, and --profile when running Tomboy.
You can organize your notes into Notebooks. There is a new Insert Timestamp Addin. There are HTML export formatting improvements, bulleted list handling improvements, and drag and drop links (Web/file/etc.) improvements. Note searching and closing via DBus has been added. The bundled ndesk-dbus-* packages have been removed (they're in GNOME now). The Tasks Addin has been removed. Many bugs have been resolved.
This release fixes sync configuration on Fedora, Gentoo, and others (#484644 and #479748). It fixes highlighting behavior in note search (#392907). The original new note content selection behavior has been restored (#449478). Translations have been updated for many languages.
Note synchronization with a central storage location. Notes left open when Tomboy quits are re-opened at startup. New colors from the Tango palette. GNOME Document Font is used by default. A greatly expanded and improved DBUS interface. The plugin infrastructure has been revamped to use Mono.Addins. Many bugs have been resolved.
