TCB::Seminar is a DBIx::Frame object that was
written to keep track of group seminars for the
Theoretical and Computational Biophysics Group at
UIUC. It provides an administrative Web interface for
adding, modifying, or deleting this information, and a
public interface for outside users and group members
to access but not modify most information.
