SyncPOD syncs a local directory with your iPod. If the directory is larger than the space on your iPod, you can sync this larger directory with a master playlist.

The program now deletes the files at the destination before copying to the iPod, which can be handy when you are low on disk space. Some minor annoyances were fixed.
This release includes a fix for file escaping (now uses File::Copy instead of Shell), an available space check on syncing feature, and feature that only syncs the playlist.
This release has on the fly playlist creation with search patterns as arguments (SyncPOD -h for more). The filesystem structure is now created. It can ask before deletion (DELETEASK parameter in the config file).
