PHP Open Monitor is a Web-based network monitor
written with PHP. It lets you specify the hosts

This release adds RRDTool support. The same file allows you to create a
history of the uptime MRTG style using RRDTOOL. You can automatically
generate the HTML tables and the links to all the sites.
An uptime.php script was added to show the percentage uptime of hosts and services. It is now possible to receive e-mail notification only when changes on the network result in a change of the status of a service. Alias was added to the ip_list.txt file for easy administration.
A new script was added, which allows you to view a history log, see uptime as a percentage for quality purposes, and send e-mails when a change of status occurs. It is designed to be frun from cron.
