This release fixes a XSS security issue, issues in CVS library, and a bug that ignored symlinked SRC_ROOT. It has more robust EFTAR file handling. It runs on Microsoft Windows, has a new "polished" CSS theme, and comes with a single distributable file to keep things simple.
