Several changes were made to the Toggle widget to make it display correctly in the Radio or Check styles.

Keyboard traversal was added. The new resource,
XtNbevel, selects rounded (default) or solid
bevels. The "bump" on the scrollbar thumb can now
be disabled by setting XtNdrawBump to False.

This release added shadow width to SimpleMenu widget's height and fixed the SmeBSB drawing code.

NeXtaw as of 0.14.0 brings itself up to date by getting rid of CUT_BUFFERs (because they are evil) and SECONDARY (because its use is unclear) and adding CLIPBOARD instead. As a result, it is possible to cut and paste between applications using neXtaw and any modern X application such as Mozilla or Open Office. The keybindings Ctrl-C, Ctrl-X and Ctrl-V were also added and do what they normally do. The configuration option --enable-obsolete-selections enables the obsolete selection code again, making the resulting library incompatible with current standards.

Default beNiceToColormap was changed to False. Scrollwheel support was added. Scrollbars were given a more "NeXtish" look.
