This release adds capturing of USB audio (e.g.,
with Pinnacle PCTV
USB2), fixes a scantv terminal emulator bug (it
now uses the terminal
emulator setting when scantv starts) and a scantv
vbi bug (if /dev/vbi
doesn't exist, it tries /dev/vbi0), uses the
configuration settings
of the video device when running scantv, and works
around scantv's
"/dev/vbi0: Device or resource busy" bug.
Setting the video output format of the tuner was
added. An English manual was created. A "Delete
all channels" button was added to the
configuration dialog. Mplayer is now started with
the selected channel.
Hardware MJPEG compression support was added. A better error handling was implemented. A few icons were added to buttons. Text entry was added for terminal-emulator path again (Configuration/General). The 'die without error message' bug was fixed. The 'watch it' command line parameter is working again. Menu mplayer/start is working again. A configuration saving bug was fixed. Gnome terminal bug workaround code was added. The default terminal emulator is xterm now.
This release adds volume control with an external program (e.g., aumix)
(Configuration/Audio) and a script exporting menu, and fixes a "start
with fullscreen" bug.
