This release adds support for named variables and parameters in their input boxes. Older models without variable/parameter names are still supported. A bug that prevented variable names in spreadsheet columns has been fixed. Variable names and parameter names (when used) are passed to all graphical outputs. There are other small bugfixes. Uncertainty analysis is partially broken due to the large changes above. It will be fixed in the next release.
The State diagrams were improved to include
isoclines and nullclines. The State diagram window
limits box is now filled based on init ranges. A
partial helpbook was added.
