This release adds Unicode support to listtexts, an --enable-receive-strip configure option, and support for the 'discard' keyword in access rules. It fixes building outside the source directory and missing exit()s. Message-ID headers have been changed to include the FQDN. English listtexts have been moved.

A mail size limit feature was added. A MIME processor was added. Access rule logging was changed to use the operations log. The boundary in digest email messages was fixed.
