InstaSync is file-grained rsync without rsync. This program, meant to be part of a larger
system for maintaining one-way consistency of a distribution, generates a MD5-digested
manifest of what is in a directory and a program (including the manifest) which can be run
on a client machine to create or update the directory and then run an arbitrary shell
instruction.
