Small improvements and bugfixes were made.

Users can change the workspace size, and draw rectangles and ellipses. Annotations, rectangles, and ellipses can also be rotated. Interface names are now included in the Generic Ethernet NIO list (on Win32), and interfaces' labels can be created automatically. Multi-links don't overlap anymore. The snapshot feature has been implemented. Export to image can now export the whole workspace. There is a "collapse/expand all" feature on the topology panel. You can specify an alternate config file using --configdir parameters.

This release adds the ability to load .net files of other users, detailed tooltips for nodes, a wizard when starting new topology, a button to insert a picture on the scene, decorative node support for creating network diagrams and a symbol manager, ghostios for remote hypervisors, automatic load balancing on external hypervisors, and a new option to bind the hypervisor manager with an address/name other than 'localhost'. Z values can be changed for annotations and inserted pictures.

This release adds a new dynamic mode (no more design/emulation modes), support for c1700 , WICS, PIX emulation, Dynamips ATM bridge, NULL NIO support, and better support of the dynagen .net format . The GUI supports a Capture feature, IDLE PC calculation, text annotation, and topology PDF export.

This release fixes hypervisor preloading when switching back to design mode. It allows ethernet link creation between modules with different speeds.
