geniusvp2 is a SANE backend for the Genius ColorPage-Vivid Pro II flatbed scanner. It was initially based on the pxscan code from Gustaf Kröling, but has been (almost) completely rewritten.

This release has exactly the same code as geniusvp2-0.2.1, but was repackaged in a self-containable tarball (so you don't need the sane-backends package anymore to build this package).
This is the first public release. It supports color mode and ~75 up to 600 DPI resolutions. Neither B&W nor Gray mode yet, and scanned image quality may be low as the calibration code is broken.
