Flat Xml to Structured Xml converter (fx2sx)
consists of a shell script and a xslt stylesheet
for converting a flat XML file into a structured
version. It is designed for post-processing the
flat XML output produced by some CSV to XML
converters.

The input description was included into the dsd file for greater flexibility.
fx2sx should now be able to handle output from any CSV to XML converter. See
the sample dsd file for details.
