Dubot aims to be a fully functional automated
replacement for the /etc/ppp/ip-{up,down}.d
hierarchy. It's supposed to be started by cron at
night. It can't satisfy the requirements of
impatient roots. It's not designed for hosts with
a permanent Internet connection.
