Dancer now supports the new Channel service on
Undernet. A push script to ease remote
synchronization has been added, and the bot now
reloads its configuration on receipt of a SIGHUP.
Many bug fixes, new server loop, -N in usermod, better wildcard support for SEEN on nicks, Alain's FPL patch, all new string functions (based on trio), support for commented PART, lots of internal restructure, new stacktrace dump for debugging, fixed TZ NOW, and added SEEN -R.
