Version 0.9.4 was never announced due to massive changes to the file release system of SourceForge.net. There have not been many changes in 0.9.5 with respect to 0.9.4. The main change was an update to the installer for StarLight. In the 0.9.4 release, there were quite a few changes. The most notable change was to the runtime of Compose*/Java. It uses a different method to bootstrap the runtime environment. With this new method, the runtime will be initialized when a modified class is loaded (which depends on the runtime).
This release contains a lot of bugs fixes and various feature enhancements. Almost all constructions in the Java language specification are supported by the Java port. Only a few arcade constructions fail. The semantic reasoning module (SECRET) is back and in working order.
Introduction of the canonical notation syntax. Reconstruction of the "language repository". A new runtime interpreter for Compose*/Java. Various minor bugfixes.
