A new channel service bot has been added. A global accounts system has been introduced. The connect4 bot is now built into the default binaries. A file (startbots.ini) has been added to control what bots load on startup.
In the set command for boolean options, you can now use true or yes in place of 1 and false or no in place of 0. A Connect4 bot was added (not included in default builds) which allows users to play connect4 in a channel. A few slight additions were made to the core-bots interface to support the connect4 bot.
