Many crash bugs were fixed and improvements were made in plugin loading.

Autocompletion in the gtksourceview editor. Allows/remembers target specific options in the profiler plugin. Allows selecting an independent executable target for the profiler. A progress bar instead of messages for system tags creation. An SDL project template for the project wizard. The ability to forget previously selected plugins from the query dialog. Fixes in loading projects. Build fixes for some platforms. Many bugfixes in stability and usability.

This release contains many bugfixes including Cygwin fixes, Sun cc fixes, debugger fixes, project view fixes, dock fixes, and other stability improvements.
