ccunit 2.1 released

setup_setUp/setup_tearDown の名称を setUpBeforeClass/tearDownAfterClass に変更した。
ccunit_makeSuite コマンドの入力で、end case コメントと end suite コメントを入力し忘れた場合に出力が異常となるバグを修正した。
